Job summary

Philip Morris International U.S. invites a motivated Undergraduate Intern to join the Field Sales team for Summer 2027. You will work directly with Territory Sales Managers, analyze market data, and support commercial initiatives across a designated territory.

This paid internship offers hands-on learning, exposure to senior leaders, and a path to develop skills in sales strategy and customer engagement. The program runs from June 7, 2027 to August 13, 2027, with a hybrid work model and

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable using data to generate business insights.
• Demonstrated leadership through academics, student organizations, athletics, work experience, or community involvement.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
