Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking an Undergraduate Intern – Field Sales for Summer 2027. The 10-week program runs June 7, 2027 – August 13, 2027, offering hands-on experience in field sales, retail execution, analytics, and cross-functional projects with senior leaders.

Interns gain real-world exposure and contribute to the future of PMI U.S. The role includes field exposure, data analysis, and collaboration across Commercial, Marketing, and Business Development teams.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a full-time bachelor's degree program.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2028.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ride-alongs with Territory Sales Managers to observe retail execution and customer engagement.
• Analyze sales, market, and territory data to identify business opportunities and trends.
• Support territory performance reviews and develop recommendations to improve results.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Consumer Experience, and Business Development teams.
• Conduct competitive and market research.
• Assist with retail activation and merchandising initiatives.
• Support projects focused on improving commercial effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Present project findings and recommendations to business leaders at the conclusion of the internship.
