National Federation of Independent Business seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership through face-to-face engagement with small business owners. The role is hybrid, with approximately 95% of time spent in the field in your local market.

You will be the hunter/closer, mastering our 5-minute presentation and closing memberships on the spot, while supporting NFIB's advocacy in D.C. and state capitals. Eligible for full benefits and uncapped commissions.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: Conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: Master and deliver our success-proven, 5-minute verbatim sales presentation.
• The Close: Use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: Educate owners on how NFIB protects their rights in Washington, D.C., and your state capital.
