National Federation of Independent Business seeks an Elite Outside Sales Advocate to grow NFIB membership through in-field, face-to-face engagements with small business owners across your local market. You are a hunter/closer leveraging a proven sales model and an uncapped commission plan.

You will undergo paid training, receive full benefits, and operate with a self-directed field schedule, typically M-F, in-office absence is common as work happens in the field.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners.
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections at DC and state capitals.
