Qualifications

• Entrepreneurial, Relational, and coachable traits with a record of ownership or leadership.
• Ability to build rapport with small business owners and close deals face-to-face.
• Willingness to learn and apply a proven sales model and adapt quickly to objections.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting: conduct in-person cold calls to meet small business owners (no appointment setting).
• The NFIB Presentation: master and deliver a 5-minute sales presentation.
• The Close: use an assumptive one-call close to enroll new members and process payments on the spot.
• Advocacy: educate owners on NFIB protections in DC and state capitals.
