The role focuses on territory growth, relationship building, and meeting sales targets, with a 100% commission structure and eligibility for a draw plus bonuses; travel ~20% across the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Or 5+ years in outside sales with proven performance goals.
• Ability to conduct in-person product evaluations and support clinical procedures.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel territory wide.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians and healthcare teams.
• Lead product evaluations and demonstrations in OR and office settings.
• Build relationships, grow accounts, and identify new business opportunities.
• Educate customers on features, clinical applications, and economic value.
