Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Surgical Technologies in Spartanburg, SC. This field-based role promotes and sells the Surgical Technologies portfolio to physicians, surgeons, and providers across the territory, leading product evaluations and supporting procedures.

You will own the territory, grow existing business, build strong relationships, and meet sales goals while delivering clinical and economic value. Role offers 100% commission with bonuses and about 20% travel.

Qualifikationen

• Two+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative environments.
• Bachelor’s degree and customer-facing/leadership/high-performance background with interest in sales.
• Minimum 5 years of outside sales or territory-based selling with a track record of hitting goals.
• Ability to provide in-person support during product evaluations in clinical settings.

Aufgaben

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products to physicians, surgeons, and healthcare providers.
• Lead product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical and procedural environments.
• Support procedures with on-site product expertise and troubleshooting.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, admins, and purchasing teams.
• Identify new business and expand existing accounts within territory.
• Educate customers on product features, clinical applications, and value.
• Track sales activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to develop territory plans and growth strategies.
