Job summary

Global Payments Inc. in Newark, NJ is seeking a results-driven B2B Outside Sales Representative to grow the Genius portfolio and other payment solutions among restaurant, retail, and service merchants.

You will own a regional pipeline, conduct in-person and virtual presentations, and collaborate with your District Manager to appoint and close opportunities in a short cycle. The role emphasizes relationship-building and field time with accurate tracking in Atlas and Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Proven success in B2B sales with SaaS/fintech or merchant services.
• Ability to present and negotiate with business owners.
• Willingness to spend the majority of time in the field and travel locally.
• Valid driver's license and residing within 2 hours of the posting.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales for Genius and other Global Payments solutions to SMBs.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline via field prospecting and networking.
• Deliver consultative presentations in person and virtually.
• Collaborate with District Manager to identify opportunities and close deals.
• Track pipeline and activity in Atlas and Salesforce with notes and follow-ups.
