Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our national footprint in commercial kitchens, focusing on Pittsburgh-area growth. This field-based role emphasizes building relationships, closing new accounts, and expanding knife rental programs.

You will onboard clients, meet activity targets, and coordinate with delivery and support teams to ensure success. We offer a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and benefits

Qualifications

Exposure or experience in the foodservice industry.
Experience in remote field sales/business development.
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Coachable team players.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements.
Background check and drug test required.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts every day / 70 weekly
Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers each week
Establish a minimum of 5 new customers each week through cold calling and networking
Create at least 4 upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, blades)
Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory
Collaborate with service and support teams across Cozzini Bros.
