Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our national footprint with field sales to commercial kitchens. You will build relationships, close new accounts, and drive revenue in your assigned territory while collaborating with the delivery and service teams.

Qualifications

• Exposure or experience in the foodservice industry.
• Background in remote field sales/business development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus).
• Highly motivated with a proven track record and a competitive mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet MVR requirements.

Responsibilities

• Executing 15+ in-person sales contacts every day / 70 each week.
• Leaving a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers each week.
• Establishing a minimum of 5 new customers each week through cold calling, networking, social media prospecting, and lead execution.
• Establish a minimum of 4 new upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades, food processing blades).
• Maintaining accurate and detailed records in Salesforce.
• Maintaining an accurate inventory of sales knives.
• Work effectively with all Cozzini Bros. service and support team members.
• Perform duties safely (knife handling, operating company vehicles, in commercial kitchens).
• Maintain the Cozzini Bros. company vehicle.
