Cozzini Bros., Inc. is expanding nationwide and seeks a Business Development Manager to develop our presence in assigned territories among commercial kitchens.

The role is field-based, requires building and closing new accounts, and includes onboarding with training in Chicago and ongoing support. You will manage 15+ in-person contacts daily, drive new accounts weekly, and maintain CRM records in Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Exposure or experience in the foodservice industry.
• Background in a remote field sales/business development role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus).
• Highly motivated, target-driven with a proven track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts every day / 70 per week.
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers each week.
• Establish a minimum of 5 new customers each week through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Establish a minimum of 4 upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades, processing blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
