Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is expanding its national footprint with a Business Development Manager focused on the Texas market and beyond. This field role targets commercial kitchens, builds relationships, and closes new accounts across the region.

You will receive a competitive base salary plus uncapped commissions, company vehicle, iPhone/iPad, and full onboarding with Cozzini University to sharpen sales and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Exposure or experience in the foodservice industry.
• Successful background in remote field sales/business development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce a plus).
• Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily / 70 weekly.
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers weekly.
• Establish 5+ new customers weekly through cold calling, networking, and lead execution.
• Upsell 4+ new opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
• Collaborate with service and support teams; perform duties safely in kitchens.
• Meet pre-employment and ongoing MVR requirements; travel as needed.
