Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is expanding its field-based sales team to grow nationwide within the foodservice sector.

As a Business Development Manager, you will build relationships with commercial kitchens, close new accounts, and drive revenue in your assigned territory. You will participate in an intensive onboarding, shadow top performers, and attend Cozzini University to master our sales process, product knowledge, and cross-department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice industry is required.
• Proven background in remote field sales/business development.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet pre-employment/MVR.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily/70+ weekly.
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers weekly.
• Establish a minimum of 5 new customers weekly via cold calling, networking, social media, and leads.
• Establish a minimum of 4 new upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Maintain inventory of sales knives.
• Collaborate with service and support teams to fulfill customer needs.
