Job summary

Rentokil Pest Control North America is seeking an Account Executive to sell Commercial Pest Management Services to new and existing commercial clients across hospitality, food & beverage processing, healthcare and retail. You’ll join a results-oriented training program to learn our pest management services and products.

You will conduct inspections, present proposals, build territory strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong social, customer service, and communication skills are essential.
• Two years of B2B sales experience is preferred, with prospecting skills (cold calling, lead generation, networking).
• Self-motivated, hunter’s mentality with the ability to work independently.
• Travel up to 100% of time within assigned territory(s).

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Visually inspect buildings for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventative maintenance for Commercial customers.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn Rentokil’s programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships and collaborate with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure outstanding service.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the company CRM.
