Job summary

Rentokil North America, Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to sell pest management services to commercial customers across hospitality, food processing, healthcare, and retail. You will learn our programs and craft proposals and presentations to win new business.

The role emphasizes cold calling, networking, and lead generation. You will inspect client premises, identify pest issues, and sell preventive maintenance while exceeding sales targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license.
• Preferred two years of B2B sales experience.
• Self-motivated hunter mentality; able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel up to 100% of time within territory.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities through cold calling, prospecting, networking, leads, referrals, and cross-selling.
• Inspect premises for pests and sell pest control solutions and preventive maintenance for commercial clients.
• Craft territory development strategies to exceed sales targets.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of Rentokil's programs, pricing policies, and service offerings.
• Build partnerships with internal departments to maximize growth opportunities and ensure delivery of outstanding service solutions.
• Complete daily activities and sales performance using the CRM.
