Job summary

Marconix Sales Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a Field Sales Executive to drive growth on the ground, meeting prospective clients face-to-face, promoting products/services within the assigned territory, and closing initial sales. You will travel within local territories, pitch to business owners, and secure repeat orders.

Ideal candidates are high-energy with strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work independently in the field, and willing to leverage door-to-door networking.

Qualifications

• High energy, strong face-to-face communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (where applicable).
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• No prior sales experience required; prior retail or field experience is a bonus.
