Job summary

Weidmüller USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager based in Northern Los Angeles, CA to drive sales and profits in the assigned region. The role allows remote work but requires residency in the Northern LA geography and focuses on meeting planned territory goals.

You will develop new sales opportunities, train channel partners, and provide market intelligence while coordinating with distributors and the District Sales Manager. Travel up to 40% and CRM usage are expected.

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication skills with polished presentation.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365.
• Highly organized with strong time management.
• Willing to travel extensively in territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop new sales opportunities for all assigned product groups.
• Establish and maintain channel partner relationships through training and ongoing communication.
• Develop and implement effective sales plans across territory.
• Provide field market intelligence and competitive information.
• Support regularly scheduled territory reviews with distributors.
• Provide technical and commercial support to partners and customers.
• Report all sales activities to the District Sales Manager.
• Develop quotations, project layouts, demonstrations and comparisons.
• Coordinate sales and marketing activities with the District Sales Manager.
• Qualify and follow up on all leads in territory and accounts.
• Meet/exceed objectives set by Sales leadership.
• Utilize CRM for reporting and productivity.
• Attend local, regional, and international meetings.
• Comply with Environmental, Safety, Quality policies.
