Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Breadth and depth of knowledge of customer needs, market forces, and customer expectations are required.
• Strong knowledge of electrical motors and motor controls.
• Experience with pumps, compressors, fans, and material handling applications.
• Sales channels knowledge: Distributors, OEMs and End Users.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements a sales territory business plan to increase product sales and market share.
• Develops product distribution through joint sales calls, presentations and training.
• Quotes prices, credit terms, and delivery estimates; verifies quotations' commercial and technical aspects.
• Prepares reports of business transactions and travels to customer locations, including trade shows.
• Provides product training to customers and supports contract administration.
