Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or field training.
• Experience with field sales and technical products.
• Healthcare product experience preferred (dental/medical devices).

Responsabilités

• Develop and deliver onboarding, product training, clinical education, and ongoing skills development.
• Train internal sales teams, distributors, dealers, and service technicians.
• Create training playbooks and programs for new product launches.
• Travel to trade shows, meetings, and customer/distributor sites for field training.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to align training with goals and measure effectiveness.
