You will partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure practical, engaging, and current learning experiences across internal sales, dealer representatives, and service technicians.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of corporate training, sales enablement, or related role.
• Experience designing and delivering training for sales teams, dealer/distributor partners, or service teams.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills (in-person, virtual, blended).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable training strategy aligned with sales goals and product launches.
• Create engaging training materials and deliver live, virtual, and blended sessions.
• Lead onboarding programs for new sales hires and develop ongoing learning paths.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, marketing, and clinical teams to ensure accurate, current training content.
• Measure training effectiveness using KPIs and learner feedback.
