Wella Operations US LLC seeks a Manager, Sales Capability to enhance the frontline Sales organization through training and coaching. This remote position requires building partnerships with sales leaders to implement effective training experiences and ensure tool adoption.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales enablement and a strong coaching mindset, supporting the development of best-in-class sales behaviors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership.
• Experience coaching sales skills and facilitating training.
• Prior field sales experience strongly preferred.
