The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales enablement and a strong coaching mindset, supporting the development of best-in-class sales behaviors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or sales leadership.
• Experience coaching sales skills and facilitating training.
• Prior field sales experience strongly preferred.
