CELSIUS Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager in Newnan, GA. This field-based, full-time role drives Celsius brand presence across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels, visiting 12–15 stores daily and building distributor partnerships.

Requirements include 1+ year in consumer goods sales, a high school diploma, and a valid U.S. driver’s license with MVR checks. We offer comprehensive benefits and a competitive base pay with incentives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in consumer goods sales or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to pass MVR.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius perfect store execution, expand SKU distribution, shelf space, displays and promotions.
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within the territory.
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls.
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Manager.
• Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and set goals.
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
