Job summary

As a Territory Sales Manager for Celsius Holdings, Inc., you’ll lead regional retail sales across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. You’ll drive the Celsius brand with distributors, manage visits, and push performance in a fast-paced, field-based setting.

You’ll leverage your 1+ year background in consumer goods sales, strong communication, and CRM fluency to build relationships, expand shelf space, and deliver measurable KPIs while representing a bold energy brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in consumer goods sales, preferably beverage or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR screening.

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius “perfect store” execution, expand SKU distribution and displays.
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within territory.
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, report via CRM.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides and calls.
• Achieve daily, weekly and quarterly KPIs.
