Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead regional retail sales for Celsius across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels in Auburn, ME. This field-based role requires daily in-person customer engagement and travel within the market.

You will drive perfect store execution, expand distribution, and manage distributor partnerships. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in consumer goods sales, a high school diploma, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in consumer goods sales, preferably beverages or distributor sales.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass MVR screening.
• Strong business sense with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver presentations and engage large peer groups.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and field sales reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius perfect store execution, expand SKU distribution, shelf space, displays and promotional activity.
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within assigned territory.
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM application.
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls.
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager.
• Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and outline goals.
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs.
