Job summary

Celsius Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to lead field-based retail execution across Grocery, Convenience, and Food Service channels. You will drive the Celsius brand through distributor collaborations, manage a busy route schedule, and deliver top-line growth with a hands-on, goal-oriented approach.

The role requires 1+ years in CPG sales, a valid U.S. driver's license, and strong presentation and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in consumer goods sales
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid U.S. Driver’s License and ability to pass an MVR
• Strong business acumen with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable with daily face-to-face customer interaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Ability to deliver presentations to large peer groups
• Familiarity with CRM and field sales reporting

Responsibilities

• Drive Celsius “perfect store” execution, expanding SKU distribution and displays
• Execute brand strategy across retail locations within territory
• Conduct account audits, track opportunities, and deliver insights via CRM
• Collaborate with distributor partners through route rides, blitzes, and key account calls
• Support regional sales initiatives as directed by District or Regional Sales Manager
• Participate in weekly sales calls to review performance and goals
• Achieve and report on daily, weekly, and quarterly KPIs
