Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Customer Development Manager to support field sales and operations, translating business plans into actionable programs with retailers. You’ll collaborate with Field Operations, customer leadership, and bottling partners to drive growth, improve margins, and deliver superior service.

In this role you will analyze performance, develop regional programming, and ensure execution aligns with the strategic plan while building strong partnerships to maximize revenue

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; 4+ years of work experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Leads cross-functional relationships with Field Operations to align on execution objectives.
• Builds partnerships with customer base, bottling partners, and brand teams to plan regional programming.
• Uses tools to maximize sales opportunities and ensure plan adherence.
