Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in business or related field.
• 5–7 years of work experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships with customers to achieve joint plans.
• Lead cross-functional relationships with Field Operations, Product Supply, Marketing, and Revenue Generation Management.
• Coach and train field teams on alignment to customer sales plans and best practices.
• Create and update sales execution plans for assigned customers.
• Cultivate ongoing relationships with external partners to drive incremental growth and report results to senior leadership.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and implement tactics to influence trends.
• Develop and execute sales programs and perform post-analysis reviews to assess effectiveness.
