Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of account developers and drive selection, merchandising, and revenue growth across Mason and Lebanon, OH area with focus on safety, quality, and sales programs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing plans and ensure delivery of company objectives.

You will guide and develop your team, establish district goals, analyze performance, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCCI Sales, Warehouse, and Delivery operations with advanced selling skills
• Leadership/management experience a plus
• Strong planning, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• 3 to 5 years of work experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Teach, train, coach, and develop account developers to maximize sales and profitability
• Set sales goals and track results for timely execution
• Manage execution of sales programs to maximize revenue and customer service
• Develop reports using Red ride, Tableau, Margin Minder, HANA, and Webi reporting tools
• Lead and motivate a team to deliver results through performance management
