Coca-Cola Consolidated is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to partner with customers and teams to enhance service and reduce friction at the store level. You will own the operational relationship and drive value through joint business plans and new routes to market.

Responsibilities include visiting customers, implementing technology-driven processes, analyzing opportunities, and collaborating across the enterprise to improve performance. Up to 30% travel is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of work experience in a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in General Business, Finance or Accounting preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct regular customer visits to build partnerships and identify gaps.
• Develop and implement technology strategies with customers to improve efficiency.
• Analyze opportunities and drive performance improvements and compliance.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to close gaps and improve processes.
• Report results to support informed decision making.
• Develop field training opportunities and track impact.
