Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the Texas/San Antonio region. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, receive training, and advance to closing new business across food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors that rely on linen, uniforms, and facility services.

In this role, you will build relationships, develop tailored solutions, and help the branch meet growth goals while earning a competitive base salary with substantial uncapped

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Proven history of successful outside sales experience.
• Time management and territory development skills.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers for a smooth transition to service team.
• Regular daily travel within designated sales territory and operate company vehicle.
