Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant in Houston to drive branch top-line growth. You will train under a Regional Sales Manager, learning to close new business and tailor solutions for diverse industries using linen, uniforms and facility services.

Qualifications

• Proven history of successful sales experience and ability to meet weekly goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
• Desire to use CRM to drive results and manage territory.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new customers smoothly.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings.
