Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Houston is seeking a results-driven Sales Consultant to drive branch growth by acquiring new business across food & beverage, industrial and healthcare sectors. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager, complete a 13-week training, build meaningful relationships, and present tailored linen, uniform and facility services solutions.

Expect a base salary of $42,000–$45,000 with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle and robust benefits.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Proficient with company CRM (Salesforce) to drive results.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• College degree preferred or two years outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
