Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the branch. You will train under a Regional Sales Manager, identify new customers, and deliver tailored linen, uniform, and facility-service solutions across multiple industries.

The role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and substantial bonuses. Daily travel within designated sales territories is required as you build relationships and expand Alsco's market reach.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and territory management skills.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Have and maintain a valid driver's license and maintain a driving record free of chargeable accidents.

Responsibilities

• Identify prospects and qualify leads.
• Present tailored proposals to prospects.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new customers.
• Attend weekly branch growth meetings and plan upcoming installations.
• Build strong relationships with new customers for seamless service transition.
