CoAd seeks a Business Sales Consultant in Ohio to influence C-Suite decision-makers through CoAd PEO services. This hunter role focuses on establishing new prospects and meeting annual quotas in the commercial markets of the assigned region.

Responsibilities include identifying opportunities, managing Salesforce data, and developing a network of SMBs while leveraging referrals and channel partners to drive growth.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical discipline.
• 3-5+ years of experience with complex business solutions-based sales or 2 years' outside sales.
• 3-5+ years of experience in a business environment.
• PEO consulting experience (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of employment and labor laws, workforce management best practices and procedures.
• Experience in consultative sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and win new business opportunities that result in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Produce sales leads via self-generation, warm leads, and referrals.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify and establish potential channel partners.
• Establish 150-200+ new connections each week.
• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and sales quotas.
• Engage with C-Suite to address business needs and introduce CoAd solutions.
• Represent CoAd as a leading PEO provider.
• Collaborate on special projects and adopt AI-assisted workflows.
