Talus Pay is seeking a field-based Solution Consultant to drive new business in a B2B environment. You will generate leads, manage client relationships, and grow a portfolio while upholding our core values of trust, customer first, innovation, and teamwork.

You will participate in a comprehensive 12-week training program and have uncapped earning potential through base pay plus commissions and bonuses. This role offers field-based activities with a focus on solution selling across merchant

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a quota driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium size clients.
• Experience with cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
• Experience developing a plan to effectively build your pipeline and generate top line revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mind set and Self-Starter is a must.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, complemented by referrals from relationships built.
• Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management.
• Represent Talus Pay values with integrity and respect.
• Complete the 12-week training program without interruption.
