Talus Pay is seeking a motivated Solution Consultant for a field-based role in the US. You will generate your own leads, manage client relationships, and drive revenue through a customizable POS solution designed to save merchants money and improve efficiency.

This position emphasizes a 12-week program and uncapped earning potential through commissions. You will represent Talus Pay values and work with businesses of all sizes across industries, with opportunities to sell outside your market.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to mid-size clients.
• Experience with cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
• Ability to develop a plan to build your pipeline and drive revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starting approach required.

Responsibilities

• Generate own leads in a B2B environment, potentially supplemented by referrals.
• Retain clients by building relationships and growing portfolios through relationship management.
