Job summary

Talus Pay is seeking a Solution Consultant to generate leads and close new business in a field-based role across diverse industries. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, drive revenue growth, and help merchants save money with Talus Pay’s payment solutions.

You will engage in a short-sales-cycle environment, leverage a customizable POS system, and participate in a comprehensive 12-week training program.

Qualifications

• Experience in a quota-driven self-sourcing sales environment for small to medium clients.
• Experience with cold-calling and self-sourcing leads.
• Ability to develop a plan to build your pipeline and generate revenue growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and self-starter approach are essential.

Responsibilities

• Generate your own leads in a B2B environment, potentially aided by referrals from relationships you build.
• Retain clients by growing portfolios through relationship management and cross-selling.
• Represent Talus Pay values with integrity, respect, and genuine concern.
• Commit fully to our 12-week training program without interruption.
