Qualificações

• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills are essential for surgeon and account relationships.

• Experience in healthcare or medical devices is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding existing customer base.
• Guide surgeons in OR with product knowledge and proper usage of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers during surgeries, ensure equipment availability and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot, handle customer requests, manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share insights with teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare sales reports.
