Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales in retaining and expanding existing customers in the territory.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with technical and product knowledge.
• Attend surgeries to ensure equipment is available and optimized trays.
• Provide OR and Sterile Processing Department consultation.
• Troubleshoot and handle customer requests; manage hospital billing and POs.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams to improve service.
• Maintain equipment and promotional materials; ensure service quality standards.
