Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate to support the Rapid City, SD territory within the Orthopaedics division. You will assist surgeons and coordinate with the DePuy Synthes sales team to ensure the availability and proper use of surgical instruments and solutions.

Candidates should be comfortable in operating room settings, possess strong interpersonal skills, and be willing to travel as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Minimum 2 years of professional and/or related experience or 4 years of professional experience.
• Military experience considered.
• Lab/OR environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding penetration with existing customers.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and demonstrations.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring proper equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and promotional materials across the territory.
