Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and expanding customer base while achieving market share goals.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with product knowledge and proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries and ensuring equipment availability and proper tray optimization.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; manage hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and accounts teams; prepare sales reports.
• Maintain deployment of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials meet quality standards.
• Focus on customer satisfaction and differentiate DePuy Synthes offerings with clear value propositions.
