Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 2+ years in related field
• Minimum 2 years of related professional experience
• Alternatively 4 years of related experience
• Recently transitioned from Active Military Duty

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration with existing customers and achieve sales goals.
• Guide surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge, presenting and ensuring proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products.
• Provide operating room and Sterile Processing Department consultation and support to customers during procedures.
• Troubleshoot and provide technical assistance; process hospital billing and purchase orders.
• Share customer, procedural and marketplace insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic account teams to improve solutions and service levels.
• Maintain deployment and condition of equipment and assets; ensure promotional materials are presentable and that services meet quality standards.
• Differentiate DPS products by offering unique insights and focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
