Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Associate Degree or Medical Certification plus 2+ years of related experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of professional and/or related experience.
• Willingness to travel and relocate to the posted territory.

Responsibilities

• Assist DePuy Synthes sales organization in retaining and supporting further penetration within existing customers and achieve market share objectives.
• Guide and assist surgeons in the operating room with clinical and product knowledge; present and demonstrate products.
• Support customers by attending surgeries, ensuring proper equipment is available and performing; assist with billing and purchase orders.
• Troubleshoot and provide other technical assistance; manage hospital billing and create/close purchase orders.
• Share insights with sales, clinical, marketing and strategic teams to improve solutions and service levels; prepare required reports.
