Job summary

Auris is hiring a Payroll Client Advisor in Seattle, WA. You will prospect, present Auris payroll solutions, and close deals in a fast sales cycle. Training with senior staff leads to a 100% commission-based upside and residuals on the business you bring in.

You will use Salesforce for lead generation, on-the-spot financial analysis, and paperless contracts. A strong emphasis on customer-focused financial solutions and ongoing client relationships is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid Driver's License.
• Must pass pre-employment background check.
• Must live in area relative to job posting location.
• Minimum two years of relevant experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills.
• Works well independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor and integrity.
• High sense of urgency and sales talent.
• Willingness to be in the field at least 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients.
• Maintain client records in the CRM (Salesforce).
• Achieve minimum production requirements and secure meetings.
• Maintain knowledge of product portfolio and fintech industry developments.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
