Job summary

Auris, a payroll and HR partner for small and medium-sized businesses, is seeking a Payroll Client Advisor in the Boston area. You will prospect, present Auris Payroll solutions to merchants, and close deals within a fast sales cycle.

You’ll train with leadership and then manage your own schedule to maximize commissions and residuals. Role involves in-person and face-to-face appointments with business owners, using Salesforce for lead generation and paperless contracts.

Qualifications

• At least two years of relevant sales experience
• Live in the area relative to the posted location
• Valid Driver’s License and automobile insurance
• Pre-employment background check
• Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• High sense of urgency and sales talent
• In-field work 50% of the time
• Own scheduling after training to maximize commissions

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and maintain client records in CRM
• Achieve minimum production requirements and set first-time appointments
• Maintain knowledge of product/service portfolio and industry trends
• Attend team meetings and 1:1 with leaders
• Build network and referral partnerships to set appointments and close sales
