Job summary

Auris, the payroll and HR partner for small and mid-sized businesses, seeks a Payroll Client Advisor in New York to prospect, present, and close deals with merchants in a fast sales cycle.

You will report to a Payroll Division Manager and work with a Territory Manager, using Salesforce for lead generation and client analysis. After training, you can maximize earnings with 100% commissions and residuals.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age and valid driver’s license with insurance.
• Pre-employment background check; reside in the job area.
• At least two years of relevant sales experience.
• Excellent prospecting, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to perform in the field 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and set appointments to demonstrate Auris solutions.
• Maintain client records in Salesforce with notes and contact info.
• Meet minimum production requirements and secure meetings.
• Grow knowledge of Auris product portfolio and fintech trends.
• Attend weekly team meetings and one-on-one with leadership.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.
