Job summary

Verizon is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive business solutions and revenue across a California territory. The role emphasizes prospecting, consulting with customers, and closing deals through a mix of in-person and remote interactions.

You will manage a mobile field-first schedule, develop relationships with key decision-makers, and leverage Verizon’s Velocity Selling approach to deliver tailored solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, and Google platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Four+ years of outside sales, prospecting and negotiation experience.
• Experience in outside sales and consultative selling.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% in your territory.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and qualify leads in territory through cold-calling and other methods.
• Grow new business and incremental revenue to hit targets.
• Retain and expand the existing customer base.
• Coordinate with partners to educate customers on solutions.
• Build relationships with key decision makers and present multi-product opportunities.
• Demonstrate knowledge of wireless, cloud, security and mobility products.
