Job summary

Thryv, a long-standing SaaS leader, seeks an Outside Software Account Representative to grow its local SaaS client base in Rochester, MN. You will build your own pipeline, manage a book of business, and travel to meet prospects in your territory.

You will work in a remote-first environment with a strong emphasis on prospecting, product demonstrations, and executing defined sales processes to achieve quota while representing Thryv's full suite of tools to local business owners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience (SaaS preferred).
• 2+ years outbound sales (full sales cycle).
• Industry knowledge with ability to learn Thryv product suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication.
• Strong time/organizational skills to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the Rochester local market.
• Build and manage a personal pipeline from scratch through self- and company-generated prospecting.
• Travel to meet prospects (50%+ of work outside home office) and qualify new business opportunities.
• Execute defined sales processes and participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
