Job summary

Thryv, a long-standing SaaS leader serving SMBs in Minnesota, is seeking an Outside Software Account Representative. You’ll build a local book of business, prospect in-market, and manage 50%+ field sales outside home office. Targeted for Minnesota residents, with 3+ years SaaS sales experience and a proven quota track record.

OTE $93,700–$103,000 annually; final offer depends on location, experience, and book of business. You’ll join a growth-focused, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in SaaS
• 2+ years’ experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
• Industry knowledge with ability to understand the Thryv product suite
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment and manage multiple priorities

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market
• Build your own pipeline from prospecting and qualify opportunities within an assigned territory
• Execute defined sales processes and product demos with excellence
• Participate in sales meetings, training, and cadences as needed
