Job summary

Thryv is seeking a driven Outside Software Account Representative to grow our SaaS client base in the local business market. You will build your own pipeline from scratch and manage it with a mix of self-generated and company-initiated prospects, with over 50% of work outside of your home office.

You’ll master Thryv’s software suite, handle end-to-end sales processes, and collaborate with marketing and tech teams to refine strategies as products evolve.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of direct sales experience required (preferably in a SaaS role)
• 2+ years' experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Time and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment
• A valid driver's license and personal transportation are required
• Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)

Responsibilities

• Grow and expand Thryv's SaaS clients in the local business market.
• Build your own pipeline from ground up through self-generated and company-initiated prospecting.
• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Execute defined operational processes and requirements with excellence.
• Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as needed.
